Sunrise Wildlife Rehabilitation provides support for rescuers and qualified care for wildlife in need. We offer guidance for co existence with our wild neighbors and strengthen appreciation for nature through native wildlife outreach programs and conservation projects.

We are a planned and steadily growing facility where injured or orphaned mammals, birds and reptiles can receive quality care with privacy and respect. Our primary goal is to keep the WILD in our patients. For this reason we are not open to the public, except during special events.

We are a 501c3 non profit organization operating solely on a volunteer basis. Your tax deductible donation helps us provide care and sanctuary for injured and orphaned wildlife, with the goal of returning them to the wild.

We receive no government funding, we draw no salary. We do not charge fees for rehabilitation services.

We operate under permits issued by Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and Federal Fish and Wildlife.

Sunrise Wildlife Rehabilitation engages in continued learning, networking and consulting with wildlife professionals world wide. SWR is constantly raising the bar in regards to the rehabilitation facility, methods and our native wildlife outreach programs.
